An Awesome Weekend
As weekends go, this last weekend Rocked!
Y you ask?
Well first off, Friday night the boys stayed with friends until Saturday night. So, Rachel and I went to Cheddars for Dinner, then came home and watched "Live Free or Die Hard" (A great movie! We both were on the edge of the couch the entire time!)
Then we woke up at our leisure, went to Dunkin Donuts, then went to the beach where we spent the afternoon.
That evening we picked up the boys and went to church.
Then came home and had a camp out party in the living room where we watched Freaky Friday and Fantastic 4 part 2.
Sunday we got up met Todd and his family at Matt Geiger's condo on Clearwater Beach(Matt is a retired NBA Player, kink of local celeb). We cooked out and swam the day away.
Then Sunday Night we went to Summer Jam 2 and thanks to the event producer and our good friend Shawn we were on the Center Court watching the Buccaneers play basketball for charity. Jackson was so excited he got to meet Michael Clayton and get his autograph. Mike Jones played the half time show and was three feet from us as he preformed which was also cool(at least I thought so, Rachel, yeah not so much).
Finally, finished up at Chili's with Todd and his Brother Brandon late Sunday night, then home by early Monday!
Yes, Wow what a weekend!

The Daigles of Summer
Nobody on the road, nobody on the beach, feel it in the air, Daigles are out of reach!
OK, that was a cheesy version of boys of summer, but it does play in tune to my sadness in looking at these photos. We had the Daigles come for a week and we had a blast! We miss you guys! Can't wait till Thanksgiving, if Jeff were not so pious we would move to North Carolina to be closer to them in a second! J/K love ya "The Kerri" and "Pastor Jeff!"
NOW FOR THE BEST OF!!!!!!!

Just a little scratch rub some dirt on it and get back to work!
Cambridge -
A diligent Harvard Square restaurant worker tied a tourniquet around his bloody penis and continued working for several hours after armed robbers stabbed him last week, police said.
The 45-year-old East Boston man told police he was stabbed by two black men in their 20’s outside Z Square restaurant at 14 JFK St. on July 2.
After the 3 a.m. attack, the victim — who noticed he was bleeding from the groin — ran back into the restaurant bathroom and tied a knot around his penis to stop the bleeding, police said. The victim then continued working until 5 a.m. that morning, police said. The victim finally called an ambulance after he rode the T back to his home in East Boston. A doctor at Boston Medical Center told police the victim suffered a three-inch cut to his penis.
The victim told police he saw the suspects standing in front of Citizens Bank when he stepped outside the restaurant.
One suspect with wavy black hair, who was wearing a black T-shirt and black pants, approached the victim and asked him for a dollar to catch the T, the victim told police. When the victim told the suspect in Spanish he had no money, the suspect grabbed him by the shirt with both hands, according to police reports. The victim told police he shoved the suspect away, but the suspect pulled a white switchblade knife from his pocket and stabbed the victim in the groin. Both suspects then ran away towards the Harvard Square T station, police said.
Police took photos of the victim’s injuries as evidence.

Hey Hey, you you, I wanna be your Plagarist?
OK, so Avril Lavigne has got herself in trouble again. Not for partying or trashing a hotel room, but for stealing a song! Yup listen to this side by side comparison of the Rubinoo's song from the 70's "I wanna be your boyfriend" and let me know what you think?

Reform & Unite
Unity in Diversity: It is crazy to think that most religious denominations justify their own existence by appealing to a need to distinguish themselves through a different theologically doctorine than from others.
This is precisely the problem?
The Church has divided itself over non-essential doctrines!
Agreement over non-essentials should not be a prerequisite for unity.
But as it stands now it is!
We must learn to tolerate, love and work together with those we don't agree with.
Church unity, in spite of our doctorine and cultural differences, will especially glorify God.
Where is the glory in unity if we are all exactly alike?
He is the way, the truth and they life! The rest should be non-essential?

The faith of a .....
Ever feel like you are so close to God you feel his breath on your neck? Yeah me either, but there are times when I feel so close to him and there is this utter contentment. I once heard this prayer in a movie,
Oh Lord, we give thee humble and hearty thanks for this, thy gift of discipline, knowing that it is only through the constraints of others that we come to know ourselves, and only through true misery can we find true contentment.
I thought to myself really? I have to be miserable to be content. Well, wrong again. I come to the realization that it is not gonna happen in this life, maybe the next but not this life. Sorry folks I know you were looking for the answer, the silver lining or the 8Th wonder. No Luck!
I will say this though I hate it when my faith is like a yo yo, close then far over and over. I really just wish for consistency, then I wonder if that would be boring?
Sorry for being so Transparent, I'll go back to posting funny videos!
